Position Notes
Project
Working on UniFirst’s Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities, supporting global outcomes across Finance processes, integrations, and third‑party platforms.
Help drives major implementations and enhancements, quarterly release readiness, and coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders and managed service providers to achieve enterprise‑wide consistency and performance.
Finance solutions include:
  • Accounts payable (AP) - including IDR utilization.
  • Accounts receivable (AR) – including integrating to third party application to generate AR invoices.
  • Cash Management – including Bank Integration, and third-party cash management / application.
  • Tax – including leveraging third party application (Vertex)
Outsourcing most of the implementing for 3 years
PWC doing the integrations
Working very closely with these vendor teams
Implementing working on a lot of integrations
Write functional spec
Work with developers, not building
Need integration of Fusion experience
Techno functional
Most important skill is someone who can be put in front of the business
3+ years of working with Fusion (Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Financial implementations and enhancements)
Problem solving

Isn’t afraid to roll up sleaves
Good comms-verbal and written
Environment
  • Oracle ERP Financial platform – R12 (aka Oracle Business Systems Analyst).
  • Oracle R12 Financials (AP, AR, Cash Management, Tax), including end‑to‑end process ownership and cross‑module integration impacts.
