This person is an experienced Salesforce expert who builds, customizes, and connects Salesforce to other systems so sales and customer service teams can do their jobs efficiently.
Create and customize Salesforce features (screens, automations, logic, and data) using code and built-in tools
Make Salesforce work with other systems by connecting it through APIs and integrations
Support Sales and Customer Service teams by improving how leads, opportunities, cases, and customer data are managed
Fix issues and keep Salesforce running smoothly
Work closely with business and technical teams to turn business needs into working Salesforce solutions
Guide best practices and help junior team members
This role must have strong hands-on experience with:
Apex + LWC
Flows & automation
Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
API integrations + middleware
Git + CI/CD tools (Copado/Gearset)
Data migration tools
Core Salesforce Tools (Must-Have)
Salesforce Platform – main system they build on
Apex – Salesforce’s programming language (business logic, triggers, batch jobs)
SOQL / SOSL – query languages to pull data from Salesforce
Lightning Web Components (LWC) – modern UI components for Salesforce screens
