Job Description:
Role Summary
Experienced Business Analyst
with strong expertise in enterprise reporting, analytics, and sales performance
measurement within a commercial pharmaceutical environment. Skilled in
gathering business requirements, creating user stories in Jira and Confluence,
conducting gap analysis, and translating complex business needs into technical
solutions. Hands-on experience with Excel, Qlik Sense, Snowflake, and Angular
framework, with a strong focus on KPI reporting, sales force effectiveness
metrics, stakeholder management, and customer interaction.
Key Qualifications:
Enterprise
reporting and analytics experience a must.
Commercial
Pharma Experience Highly Preferred.
Understanding
of Key Performance Indicators and other metrics used to measure sales
force effectiveness o Enterprise Reporting.
Business
Requirements and User Story Creation in Jira and Confluence.
Gap
Analysis.
Strong
in excel.
Qlik
sense environment.
Some
Snowflake experience.
