A looking for 3-5 years’ experience in product ownership, with a strong emphasis on loyalty engagement and mobile apps.
Lead integration with Brand Loyalty, Casino Loyalty, and Co-brand programs.
Turn customer insights into actionable features.
Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and improvement.
Integrate seamlessly with loyalty platforms, offer engines, and social features.
Substantial experience in delivering mobile experiences and dealing with mobile and app technologies.
In-depth knowledge of offers/rewards platforms and loyalty program ecosystems.
Proven experience developing digital communities and social engagement platforms.
Practical expertise in applying gamification strategies and behavioral design principles.
