1. Salesforce Service Cloud / Contact Center Developer
Context:
This role supports a client that is actively modernizing and extending an existing Salesforce Service Cloud contact center. The contact center is already live with Amazon Connect, and the client needs experienced developers to enhance routing, agent experience, automation, and emerging AI‑driven agent assist capabilities. The goal is to improve customer experience, agent efficiency, and analytics while working within an established telephony and CRM environment.
What they need:
  • Senior, hands‑on Salesforce Developer focused on Service Cloud contact center solutions
  • Strong experience with Amazon Connect (client already has Connect in place)
  • Deep understanding of CTI integrations (screen pops, call logging, IVR, routing, agent desktop)
  • Experience with Omni‑Channel automation across voice, email, and chat
  • Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow development skills
  • Ability to build automations driven by contact center and customer experience requirements
  • Exposure to Agentforce / AI agent assist (case summarization, next‑best action, call insights) is a plus
  • Comfortable operating as a true developer who can dig into documentation and solve problems independently
Logistics:
  • 12‑month contract + option to hire
  • US Citizens only
  • Max rate: $95/hr all‑inclusive
  • Remote

2. Core Salesforce Developer – Sales & Service Cloud
Context:
This role supports a client that is intentionally bringing Salesforce development back in‑house after years of reliance on large SI partners. The focus is on improving delivery quality, strengthening internal platform ownership, and better supporting business and field users. This developer will work closely with a Salesforce Technical Architect and business stakeholders to drive hands‑on delivery and provide guidance on platform capabilities and limitations.
What they need:
  • NEEDS EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILL
  • Senior, hands‑on Salesforce Developer (not admin‑only)
  • Strong experience building in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Solid Apex and Lightning Web Components skills
  • Experience building solutions for mobile and field‑based users
  • Ability to translate business requirements and advise on what can and cannot be done within Salesforce
  • Comfortable partnering with architects and acting as a delivery driver
  • Experience working in regulated, enterprise environments
  • Familiarity working alongside or unwinding work from multiple vendors / SIs
Nice to have:
  • Exposure to Data Cloud
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) background
Logistics:
  • 12‑month contract
  • Hybrid in North Carolina (open statewide)
  • Onsite expectation roughly 1 day per month
  • Max rate: $75/hr all inclusive

2. Senior Salesforce Technical Analyst – Salesforce Platform Delivery
Context:
This role supports Allegis Group’s Connected ecosystem, where Salesforce is a critical enterprise platform. The team is looking for a senior execution owner who can take work from intake through production release and ensure real business outcomes. This is not a traditional backlog‑only BA role — it requires hands‑on Salesforce knowledge, release ownership, and day‑to‑day partnership with Product, Engineering, and QA.
The focus is on improving delivery discipline, release readiness, and transparency across high‑impact initiatives.

What they need:
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Senior Salesforce Technical Analyst / Technical BA (not a generic BA)
7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce platform experience
Proven ownership of Salesforce production releases (planning, readiness, go‑live, risk/dependencies)
• Strong requirements analysis and ability to translate roadmap priorities into executable work
• Experience running backlog refinement, iteration planning, and story acceptance
• Hands‑on with Salesforce reports and dashboards
SQL experience for data analysis, validation, or metrics
• Strong experience working in Agile / SAFe / Lean environments
• Comfortable working daily with Product Owners, Engineers, QA, Architects, and business leaders
Excellent communication skills — able to clearly articulate risks, tradeoffs, and outcomes

Nice to have:
• UAT ownership or coordination
• Integration experience (MuleSoft, APIs, data flows)
• AI / Einstein / analytics exposure

Logistics:
6‑month contract (extension likely)
Hybrid in Hanover, MD (7312 Parkway Drive South)
• 3‑step interview process

Max rate: $70-75/hr (C2C okay)

Please do NOT submit:
• Generic Business Analysts with light Salesforce exposure
• Salesforce Admins without delivery or release ownership
• QA/Test Engineers unless they have owned releases + requirements
