KPIs for performance insights.
·Experience supporting IT teamwork, assisting Release
Managers, and fostering a culture of accountability and learning.
·Experience in stakeholder communication, managing
relationships with senior management, customers, and partners, and sharing updates

·Experience in risk management, participating in assessing
