Key Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Support enterprise-wide Data Governance initiatives and governance best practices.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Manage and maintain metadata, business glossary, data catalog, and data stewardship initiatives.
Support data classification and metadata management activities across the organization.
Collaborate with Data Architects, Analytics, Engineering, and Business teams.
Assist with data quality, governance processes, and enterprise data management initiatives.
Create business process documentation, functional specifications, and governance artifacts.
Utilize SQL for basic data validation, analysis, and business support activities.
Drive stakeholder engagement while ensuring governance standards are consistently followed.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

9–11 years of overall IT experience preferred.
Experience implementing or supporting Data Governance programs.
Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
Hands-on experience with Metadata Management, Data Catalog, Business Glossary, and Data Stewardship.
Experience with Collibra or a similar Data Governance platform is highly preferred.
Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and communication skills.
Basic to Intermediate SQL experience for data analysis and validation.
Experience working closely with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Client Expectations

Candidates with 9–11 years of relevant experience are preferred.
Strong experience in Data Governance and Business Analysis.
Experience with Collibra, Metadata Management, Data Catalog, and Business Glossary.
Healthcare industry experience is a strong advantage.
Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to bridge business and technical teams while supporting enterprise Data Governance initiatives.
