in supporting Apple devices (iOS, Mac)

in enrolling Apple devices with Automated Device Enrollment (ADE),

with troubleshooting mobile devices and applications.

Responsibility:
·Configure
and manage mobile & Zebra devices, ensuring they comply with organizational
policies
·Deploy,
update, and manage applications on mobile & Zebra devices using SOTI
MobiControl
·Implement
and manage security policies to protect mobile, Zebra & Handheld devices
and data
·Monitor
device compliance, usage, and performance. Generate reports to track key
metrics
·Diagnose
and resolve issues related to mobile devices, applications, and SOTI
MobiControl
·Provide
support to end-users regarding mobile & Zebra device management
·Maintain
detailed documentation of configurations, changes, and procedures
·Work
with other device management team to support and improve the overall IT
infrastructure
