Job Description:
Position Overview 
The Technical Product Owner – GCA Digital within Corporate Business Technology (CBT), Global Enterprise Solutions & Experience (GESE), is responsible for owning and advancing enterprise web platform capabilities that power Johnson & Johnson’s external digital presence. 
 
This role serves as the primary bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing digital products. The Technical Product Owner partners with Global Corporate Affairs (GCA) stakeholders, engineering teams, and external vendors to drive end-to-end digital product delivery, operational excellence, and continuous optimization.  
 
Key Responsibilities 
·         Product Ownership & Strategy 
·         Own the technical product lifecycle for GCA digital platforms and web properties 
Translate business goals into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and technical direction 
Partner with GCA and enterprise stakeholders to shape digital strategy and prioritize investments 
Drive alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams 
Delivery & Execution 
Lead execution of digital initiatives, including website launches, enhancements, and platform integrations 
Manage backlog, requirements, and delivery prioritization using Agile methodologies 
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, security, compliance, and content 
Track delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes 
Platform & Operations Management 
·         Own and manage enterprise digital platforms, including: 
Brightspot CMS 
Brightcove 
Akamai 
Oversee critical technical operations such as: 
Web vulnerability remediation 
Site lifecycle management (launch, archiving, decommissioning) 
Redirect and domain management 
Access and permissions management across platforms  
Vendor & Stakeholder Management 
·         Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, influencing decisions and driving alignment 
Analytics & Optimization 
·         Monitor website performance and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities 
Use data-driven insights to improve user experience and product performance  
Governance, Risk & Compliance 
·         Ensure platforms and delivery adhere to security, privacy, and compliance requirements 
Align with enterprise governance processes (e.g., vulnerability management, certificates, DSAR)  
Maintain documentation for platform operations, workflows, and standards 
 
Required Qualifications 
Experience in technical product management or product ownership for digital platforms 
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans 
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technical teams 
Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities 
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level messaging 
 
Preferred Qualifications 
Experience with enterprise CMS platforms  
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) 
Knowledge of web technologies, integrations, and digital architecture 
Experience working with: 
External vendors / agencies 
Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console) 
CDN and video platforms (Akamai, Brightcove)  
Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks for digital ecosystems
