Qualifications

8–12+ years Salesforce experience; 3–5+ years leadership

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, CPQ, and integrations

Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to navigate competing priorities and ambiguity

Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and platforms

Strong focus on continuous improvement and scalable processes
