Job Description:
• 6+ years of practical experience with the Salesforce platform
• Hand on experience on Agentforce and Service Cloud, case object
Expertise and understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud features and Marketing Cloud Integration experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com Platform, including Force.com, with skills in Apex, Triggers, Flows, Process Builder and Approvals, Email services, Batch and Schedulable classes.
• Must possess hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external applications (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools).
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, ETL tools).
• Use of Salesforce best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Salesforce certified.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical capability to design solutions
• Technical capability to lead and design solutions (required for lead role)
• Working knowledge of JIRA
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
