Senior Conflicts Attorney
Location: Remote / Hybrid – Multiple Locations
Salary: $160,000 – $180,000

Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced conflicts attorney to support the firm’s new business intake and conflicts process nationally.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze conflict reports related to new business intake and lateral hires
Identify legal and business conflicts of interest
Draft and review conflict waivers and engagement letters
Oversee ethical wall implementation
Advise attorneys and leadership on conflicts and compliance issues
Support conflicts analysts and intake staff

Requirements:

JD and active Bar license required
5+ years of conflicts experience in a mid-to-large law firm
Strong knowledge of legal ethics and professional responsibility rules
Experience with Intapp Open, Intapp Walls, D&B Hoovers, CapIQ, or similar systems preferred
Strong communication and analytical skills
