Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Full Stack Developer to join our team supporting a leading Telecom client. This role requires hands-on experience in full-stack development, including application architecture, and the ability to deliver complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be located near Plano, TX, as the role requires onsite presence three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, debug, and deliver high-quality enterprise applications.
Write clean, maintainable code using appropriate programming languages and technologies.
Provide technical and architectural guidance to project teams and junior developers.
Manage individual projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and quality standards.
Define project scope, objectives, and resource needs; contribute to technical architecture.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports.
Lead project meetings, track progress, and perform project analysis.
Review project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot frameworks.
Experience designing and developing Microservices architecture.
Expertise in ReactJS for frontend development.
Knowledge of Node.js is a plus.
Solid understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
Proven ability to work as an individual contributor and manage projects.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

This is a hybrid role based in Plano, TX with 3 days onsite requirement.
