Art Director – WB Games Marketing
Location: Burbank, LA (Hybrid – Flexible Schedule)
Contract Length: 6 months (with potential to extend or go full-time)
Pay Rate: 65/hr on W2
A Typical Day Might Include
Leading the look and feel for digital, social media, print, and motion graphics projects.
Guiding and mentoring a team of designers and motion artists.
Collaborating with other teams to build creative marketing campaigns.
Ensuring brand consistency across all assets.
Giving feedback on creative work and pushing for top-notch quality.
Coordinating with project managers to meet deadlines.
Staying updated on the latest design trends and tools.
Presenting your ideas to stakeholders and explaining the creative vision.
Overseeing the creation of a variety of assets (ads, social posts, videos, etc.).
Supporting and growing junior creatives on the team.
Must-Have Skills:
7–10+ years of experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
(Portfolio required)
Proven ability to improve creative quality and deliver strong campaigns
(3–4+ years experience)
Confident communicator and collaborator across teams
(5–7+ years experience)
Nice to Have:
Basic understanding of game capture and gameplay visuals
