Description
Position
#1
• We are really looking for candidates who have Salesforce experience in
particular with the AI capabilities (for both of the roles) - we will be
setting up call recording with Genesys and a Guided Selling functionality this
year and would really benefit from having someone who has done this before
• We are also implementing AgentForce with a couple potential use cases and it
would be extremely helpful to have experience in that.
Position #2
• The second role is more platform health focused, but if we were able to find
2 really strong folks with extensive AI Salesforce experience we could shift
some responsibilities across the team.
Serve at the intersection of Product Manager and Product Owner for our Merchant
instance of Salesforce (“MerchantForce”), the core platform enabling Merchant
Sales Teams globally. You will influence the product vision and roadmap while
also owning day-to-day execution, translating strategy into detailed
requirements and working side-by-side with engineering teams to deliver value
iteratively.
You will play a critical role in modernizing our Salesforce ecosystem,
integrating AI capabilities such as AgentForce and Einstein, and ensuring the
platform evolves to meet the changing needs of our Merchant Sales organization
across markets.
What you’ll be doing
Product Management
• Support defining and evolving the MerchantForce product roadmap
Support the creation and influence a roadmap aligned to Merchant business
priorities and Sales team needs.
• Align stakeholders and drive prioritization
Partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, and Enterprise Salesforce teams to
evaluate opportunities, define value, and prioritize initiatives based on
business impact, technical feasibility, and user experience.
• Lead AI implementations within SalesForce
Drive adoption of Salesforce Einstein, AgentForce, and emerging AI capabilities
to enhance sales productivity, automation, and insights. Gain approvals and
implement new tools required to better leverage AI within MerchantForce.
• Define success metrics
Establish KPIs around adoption, sales productivity, data quality, automation
impact, and user satisfaction. Use data to influence roadmap decisions and
continuous improvement.
Product Ownership & Agile Execution
• Own and manage the product backlog
Create, refine, and prioritize epics and user stories. Clearly define
acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical
architecture.
• Write detailed user stories and business requirements
Translate complex business processes into actionable user stories, process flows,
and business rules. Ensure clarity to enable efficient development and testing.
• Partner directly with Engineering
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and
retrospectives. Answer real-time questions, clarify requirements, and remove
blockers to maintain sprint velocity.
• Lead UAT and release readiness
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate functionality against
business requirements, and ensure release readiness. Partner with stakeholders
to prepare communications and training materials.
• Manage cross-market functionality differences
Document and maintain clarity on differences in functionality across user
roles, markets, and regulatory environments. Ensure scalable solutions while
accommodating necessary regional variations.
• Drive change management and adoption
Partner with Sales leadership and enablement teams to implement critical
technology changes. Develop rollout strategies, gather feedback, and iterate to
ensure successful adoption.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
• Champion solution-oriented problem solving
Bring a pragmatic, creative mindset to solving complex Salesforce challenges.
Balance short-term tactical fixes with long-term scalable architecture.
• Ensure platform health and governance
Collaborate with Salesforce architects and enterprise partners to maintain
system integrity, data quality, and alignment with platform best practices.
• Continuously optimize user experience
Gather feedback from Merchant Sales Teams and incorporate insights into backlog
refinement and roadmap planning.
What you should have
• 4–6+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or
business analysis in enterprise technology environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, AgentForce, Einstein, automation
tools, and AI-driven CRM capabilities strongly preferred.
• Proven experience functioning as a Product Owner in an agile environment,
including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and story writing.
• Experience implementing enterprise-scale CRM enhancements or transformations.
• Ability to balance strategic product thinking with detailed execution.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and enterprise
architecture considerations.
• Demonstrated success leading change management and stakeholder alignment
across diverse user groups.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven prioritization capabilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across business and technology
audiences.
What we’re looking for in you
• Strategic & Tactical Balance: Comfortable defining long-term vision while
owning day-to-day delivery details.
• Execution-Focused: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage
multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Solution-Oriented Mindset: Approaches ambiguity with curiosity and
creativity.
• Technical Curiosity: Eager to leverage Salesforce AI and automation
capabilities to unlock new value.
• Strong Collaborator: Builds trust across Sales, Engineering, Architecture,
and Enterprise partners.
• Change Leader: Proactively manages stakeholder expectations and drives
adoption through thoughtful communication.
