REQUIRED SKILLS

Required Qualifications

Experience organizing and managing technical documentation (infrastructure, network, or IT operations)

Strong hands-on SharePoint experience, including site/library organization and document management best practices

Ability to quickly understand and categorize unfamiliar technical content

Highly self-motivated with minimal need for oversight; able to define and execute a plan independently

Strong collaboration skills, including working with offshore teams

Preferred Qualifications

Background supporting network or infrastructure teams

Experience migrating documentation from Confluence and/or Jira to SharePoint

Familiarity with IT documentation standards, runbooks, and operational playbooks
