Position: Sr. Graphic Designer (Multimedia Designer)
Business Unit: WB Games Marketing
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extension/Conversion Possible)
Max Pay Rate: $55/hour on W2
Location: Hybrid (Burbank, CA preferred; no specific in-office days noted)

Project Overview:
Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a highly skilled and versatile multimedia designer to join their Gaming Marketing division. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and excels at visual storytelling across platforms. The Sr. Graphic Designer will contribute to user acquisition, social media, and digital marketing by creating visually engaging static and motion-based content. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to push creative boundaries and maintain brand consistency.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop static and motion-based assets for digital, social, and marketing campaigns
  • Create key art, promo visuals, video ads, and motion graphics
  • Collaborate with art directors, motion designers, and editors on creative execution
  • Ensure consistency in branding and design across all media
  • Stay current with industry design trends and tools
  • Incorporate feedback and maintain organized project files
 
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5–8+ years of hands-on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (animation and logo design required; portfolio submission is a must)
  • 2–3+ years of cross-functional team collaboration experience
  • 3–5+ years working with gaming content and social media platforms, with a focus on user acquisition
Nice to Have / Preferred:
  • Experience with 3D design/rendering
  • Adobe InDesign skills
  • BA in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience with motion graphics and editing
 
Soft Skills:
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and innovative
  • Strong visual storytelling and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for gaming and design
 
Education / Certifications:
  • No formal certification required; degree preferred but not mandatory
