A Software Engineer with 3–5 years of experience helps translate business requirements into technical solutions by contributing to design discussions and writing reliable, maintainable code. They understand the key applications in their area and how those systems support business needs. They troubleshoot moderately complex issues, support small development efforts, and may assist or guide less?experienced team members while continuing to grow technical depth and ownership. Duties & Responsibilities: What major responsibilities does this position have and what percentage of time is spent on completing them? ·
Implements
enhancements to new and existing applications – 35%

Develops,
tests, and debugs software features for new and existing applications – 30%
·
Contributes
to task planning, estimation, and small project efforts – 20%
·
Provides
informal guidance or support to junior team members – 10%
·
Supports
production applications as part of a team rotation – 5%
