Job Title: Kaleidoscope Analyst

EPIC Certification Required: Kaleidoscope

Location: Remote, but Candidate should expect to be on-site for Go-live, still pending further details from the manager

Job Description: An Epic Kaleidoscope analyst is primarily responsible for building, implementing, and supporting the Epic Kaleidoscope ophthalmology module within a healthcare setting. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clinicians to gather workflow requirements, configuring system settings, troubleshooting user issues, and training staff on new features. Analysts often participate in multidisciplinary project teams and may be involved in data reporting, upgrades, and optimization initiatives. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills as you’ll serve as a critical liaison between clinical staff and IT, ensuring the EHR system meets the specialized needs of eyecare providers.
