Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate health management for Deer Park Chemicals and Lubricants USA staff, adhering to Shell Health protocols and processes.
Achieve agreed-upon KPIs independently, adapting protocols to meet local or individual needs as required.
Advise internal stakeholders (employees, HR, and business lines) on occupational health topics, potentially serving as the local focal point for specialized areas (e.g., ergonomics, disability management).
Maintain and manage accurate occupational health records.
Provide treatment for eligible employees with injuries or illnesses.
Collaborate with asset specialists and central teams to escalate frontline issues and deliver standardized solutions.

Qualifications and Skills
Professional Requirements
Registered Nurse with occupational health experience or COHN certification (preferred).
Current nursing license to practice in the state of Texas.
Experience as an occupational health nurse in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of safety principles and OSHA recordkeeping requirements.
Leadership and Soft Skills
