SAP Architect- this is an immediate need to help support the S/4Hana migration project we have been tracking for a year. It will kick off in 2026, and this is a fully funded, multi-year project. They are ready begin the assessment and the SAP Architect will be responsible for doing so
Have successfully worked on an SAP S/4Hana Migration.
Role requires working closely with multiple SVPs shoulder-to-shoulder across various platforms (chart below) as well as people at all levels. This person will be evaluating the current situation, remove obstacles and recommending solutions. For example: where should the SAP data go? They will starting from ground up and responsible for recommending all solutions that touch the migration.
Need to come in ready to hit ground running. This is vital initiative for company and there will be a huge sense of urgency always needed.
Do not stress on certain number of years of experience, just need to have done this successfully before.
Utilities experience not needed either (obviously always a plus), but again, the right culture fit and experience is most important.
Onsite 4 days/week, must be good reporting to Downtown Houston office at this frequency. Fridays typically remote, however with a project of this scope I would imagine some come in on Fridays as needed.
