Job Description
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

The Strategic Supply Chain team acts as the strategic and commercial control tower for high-value technology and service partnerships. This role addresses complex commercial negotiations, supplier selection, and vendor footprint consolidation across IT and Professional Services portfolios. By directing advanced AI workflow agents to handle tactical administrative execution, the position focuses on eliminating rogue tail-spend, enforcing rate-card ceilings, and mitigating legal and financial liabilities.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
  • Formulate and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing plans across IT and Professional Services categories to secure competitive, multi-year commercial agreements
  • Supervise digital AI agents by defining extraction parameters, auditing low-confidence exceptions, and validating automated metadata outputs in ServiceNow and LEAH CLM systems
  • Drive proactive category market studies and execute competitive RFx events 6 to 12 months prior to contract expiration to prevent automatic price increases
  • Partner with Legal and IT Finance to identify and mitigate commercial liabilities while enforcing rate-card ceilings and governing milestone-based payment structures
  • Consolidate vendor footprints down to strategic hub partners to optimize overall category spend
Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):
  • Strategic sourcing excellence with a track record of delivering measurable cost avoidance and structural contract value in IT and professional services
  • High-impact negotiation and influence skills to manage complex commercial discussions with Tier-1 technology partners and professional services suppliers
  • Ability to direct, audit, and maximize the performance of automated software and digital AI workflow agents within a highly automated procurement ecosystem
  • Advanced financial and analytical acumen to perform complex price variance calculations, analyze labor-mix models, and review complex rate cards
  • Critical experience executing strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and business analysis within a high-volume enterprise environment
  Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • 8–10 years of direct work experience in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and business analysis within a high-volume enterprise corporate environment
  • Must have at least 8 years of experience with:
    • Sourcing IT and Professional Services
    • Contract lifecycle management tools such as ServiceNow, LEAH CLM, SimplifyVMS, or ContractPodAI
    • Executing competitive RFx events and price variance analysis
