Job Title: Oracle Finance Product Analyst

Job Description:
Kforce is seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Finance Product Analyst for a fully remote 3-month contract role. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Oracle ERP Financial modules while collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support system changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle Financial modules, including:
    • Customer and Credit Management
    • Receivables and Advanced Collections
    • Accounts Payable
    • Cash Applications and Cash Management
    • General Accounting/Finance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Participate in testing, training, cutover planning, and change management activities.
  • Provide user training and support for financial systems.
  • Assist with ERP-related process improvements and system customizations.
  • Work with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP Financial modules.
  • Strong experience in SLA, cash applications/management, and training delivery.
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle ERP functionality, integrations, and customizations.
  • Proven ability in requirement gathering, testing, change management, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in the staffing industry, preferably in the Healthcare sector.
  • Oracle certifications (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with training development and delivery.
  • Exposure to change management methodologies.
