Job Description:
Kforce is seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Finance Product Analyst for a fully remote 3-month contract role. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Oracle ERP Financial modules while collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support system changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle Financial modules, including:
Customer and Credit Management
Receivables and Advanced Collections
Accounts Payable
Cash Applications and Cash Management
General Accounting/Finance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Participate in testing, training, cutover planning, and change management activities.
Provide user training and support for financial systems.
Assist with ERP-related process improvements and system customizations.
Work with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials.
Must-Have Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP Financial modules.
Strong experience in SLA, cash applications/management, and training delivery.
In-depth understanding of Oracle ERP functionality, integrations, and customizations.
Proven ability in requirement gathering, testing, change management, and process improvement.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience in the staffing industry, preferably in the Healthcare sector.
Oracle certifications (preferred but not required).
Experience with training development and delivery.
Exposure to change management methodologies.
