Must-Have
Skills
Technical Program Management (TPM) experience managing
large-scale enterprise programs
SAFe Agile Implementation experience, including PI
Planning, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and cross-functional team
coordination
Experience leading Salesforce transformation and
implementation projects
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales
Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform)
Experience with Salesforce Agentforce (AI Agents),
AI-driven automation, and generative AI initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and executive
communication skills
Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies,
risks, and budgets
Agile/Scrum project delivery and governance experience
Vendor and offshore/onshore team management
Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and cloud-based
technologies
Preferred
Qualifications
SAFe Agilist (SA), SPC, PMP, or Scrum certifications
Experience delivering AI/ML and automation programs
Salesforce certifications or experience working closely
with Salesforce Architects and Product Owners
Enterprise-scale digital transformation experience
