Must Haves:
2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
