We need someone who is preferably W2 without sponsorship
who can go through a company like yours for 6-12 months until conversion (it is
a contract to hire role).

data engineering experience, especially in ingestion and orchestration
Proficiency
in Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Spark, Python, Delta tables
Experience
with SQL Server
Familiarity
