REQUIRED SKILLS	Senior Operations Program Manager NOT IT PM leading a high-visibility global manufacturing transfer Demonstrated experience leading large-scale manufacturing transfers or site consolidations across multiple geographies Background in industrial or technical product environments — laser systems, photonics, optics, precision electromechanical, or similar Ability to operate across HR, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain simultaneously Comfortable running executive steering committees and driving decisions at the C-suite level Strong leadership across global, distributed teams Structured program leadership (governance setup, RAID management, milestone tracking) — not just task coordination Take PM fundamentals and apply them to business operations Create business processes that C-suite leaders can understand and act on Required Qualifications: Demonstrated experience with: Manufacturing transfers / site consolidations across geographies Lift and shift environments Complex, technical manufacturing environments Industry background in: Laser systems Photonics Optics Precision electromechanical Electronics or similar
