Role: Workday Prism Data Architect 
Location: Remote - CTH 
ARE Looking For:
  • Someone who can design how Prism should be leveraged, not just use it
  • Ability to architect data flows, models, and integrations across platforms
  • Strong understanding of how and when to use Prism vs. other data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
Technical Environment:
  • Workday (primary)
  • Prism Analytics (core focus)
  • Snowflake (analytics team)
  • Exposure to AI/data strategy initiatives
  • Ability to operate in a platform-agnostic environment
Responsibilities & Expectations:
  • Act as an independent architect driving high-level design
  • Build and design solutions from a big-picture perspective
  • Strong in system design and synthesis across data platforms
  • Still hands-on (“hands to keyboard”) when needed
