Position: Sr. Technical Recruiter
Business Unit/Group: Warner Media Services – Talent Acquisition
Contract Duration: 8 Months
Extension/Conversion: Possible, but not guaranteed
Location: Hybrid – Accepting candidates near NY, CA, or Bellevue hubs
Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $60/hr. on W2

Role Purpose
The Technical Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for Warner Media Services. The focus will be on filling technical positions including senior software developers, technical program managers (TPMs), mobile engineers, and other key roles in product and technology teams. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to align on hiring goals and drive end-to-end recruitment strategies.
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using a variety of tools including LinkedIn, internal ATS, cold outreach, and employee referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate lifecycle from initial outreach through offer stage, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate employment records and documentation in compliance with hiring policies.
  • Educate candidates about company culture, roles, benefits, and opportunities.
  • Regularly communicate updates and progress with hiring managers and stakeholders.
 
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
  1. Technical Hiring Experience (3–5 Years):
    Proven track record recruiting for roles such as Sr. Software Engineers, Mobile Developers, Technical Program Managers, and other engineering positions.
  2. Recruitment Fundamentals:
    • Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
    • Familiarity with legal policies and compliance standards in hiring
    • Knowledge of strategic planning and workforce planning
  3. Tools & Systems:
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    • Previous use of ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

Education Requirements
