Must be strong in Amazon connect – Should be able to stand up and configure Amazon Connect
Must have strong contact center experience
Must have very strong voice experience
Must be strong with Terraform – Team uses a lot of Terraform daily
Will be doing the CICD pipelines and automated deployments
Anyone with integration experience is a huge plus
Should be strong in Python, if they have other scripting that can work as well
