Our client is seeking an
experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Project Manager to support a
critical initiative focused on HCM modules including Absence Management and
Payroll. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution,
coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring key milestones and
deliverables remain on track.
The ideal candidate will have
strong experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or
enhancements, particularly within HCM environments, and be
comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the end-to-end
delivery of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM initiatives, specifically Absence
Management and Payroll.
• Maintain project momentum by
coordinating across functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project
plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
• Facilitate project status
meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting.
• Identify project risks and
proactively drive mitigation strategies.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and
IT teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented correctly.
• Oversee testing
coordination, issue resolution, and deployment readiness.
• Ensure adherence to project
governance and best practices for Oracle Cloud implementations.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of project
management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
