Role: SalesForce Technical Lead - Payments
Location: Miami FL, 5 days a week
Job types: 18 months
Rate: $85/hr on W2 MAX
  • Candidate needs to be more technical than functional
  • Expertise in payments integration – Salesforce Payment Component, Authorize.net, CyberSource.
  • Looking for 5+ years of hands-on payments experience
 
Responsible for leading the technical aspects of implementing the payments solution in Salesforce, ensuring smooth integration, and addressing technical challenges during the implementation process. Solution design, configuration, integration, testing, problem solving.

Required Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. 
    Experience with the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, including requirements gathering, technical workshops, testing, migrating configurations between environments and managing releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional:
  • Deep understanding of payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS).
  • Experience with various payment gateways and payment methods. 
    Ability to design and implement solutions for recurring payments, subscriptions, and other payment flows.
Salesforce Expertise:
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially other relevant clouds.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development languages (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including APIs and custom integrations.
 
Technical:
  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for payments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. 
    Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and Salesforce security protocols.
Operational:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.

Certifications Required or Preferred:
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
