Bachelor’s Degree Required AWS Certifications would be a plus
Key Responsibilities Position is all about leading technical product delivery for multiple teams Will own delivery across a couple of teams, including Discover and Vendor teams Responsible for understanding the roadmap and keeping communicating flowing through the teams Some ambiguity in their intake process, so would like them to take some ownership there and drive that
Background Program Managers specifically is what they’re looking for Not open to Agile Coach, but open to Project Manager/Scrum Master; want them to have the ability to lead larger projects Expertise with financial systems would be good, Worldpay, FIS They’ll also be working with Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Teams Financial Services/Payments/Card Experience will give them a leg up Roadmap management, driving the work forward, action oriented, that’s what they look for Want them to have Agile/Safe Actionable and can drive projects forward Demonstrated success in driving program management in an agile environment
