Required Skills & Experience
  • 4-5+ years of hands-on Databricks experience
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • Experience building and supporting data pipelines and enterprise data solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot and triage data issues independently
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Able to work proactively with limited direction
  • Capable of leading projects when needed
Preferred Domain Experience
The strongest candidates will have experience in:
  • Retail industry
  • Merchandising data
  • Sales data
  • Marketing data
  • Supply chain/logistics data

Examples:
  • Understanding sales metrics and KPIs
