About the Role :-Java Lead Engineer. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and deployment of our state-of-the-art digital platform. You will tackle complex systems work, lead distributed development teams, and drive the delivery of features that provide direct value to our global customers and dealers.
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Act as the lead for development and support groups, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Complex Development: Independently design and develop backend applications using Java 17 and RESTful web services.
Cloud Architecture: Build and maintain high-availability solutions within the AWS ecosystem (Kinesis, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS).
Quality Standards: Establish and maintain high software quality standards through rigorous DevOps practices and integration testing.
Collaboration: Work across functional teams and communicate with end-users to ensure software integrity and interoperability.
Qualifications
Experience:10+ years of professional software development experience primarily focused on Java.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Backend Mastery: Deep expertise in Java 17, SQL (Slick), and RESTful API development.
Cloud Proficiency: Proven experience with AWS stack, including IAM, SNS, SQS, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and KMS.
Soft Skills: Ability to thrive under pressure and a genuine passion for team-oriented problem-solving.
