PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•
Three years of experience in the field of civil engineering or architecture or
related field.
•
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related engineering degree.
•
Three years of experience in water/wastewater engineering design, plan review,
inspection, construction or project management.
•
Two years of managing consultants and contractor staff for Capital Improvement
Projects or large private industry projects including the development of
project scope of works, review of proposals, review of payment applications,
permitting, and review of design and construction drawings.
•
Current Arizona Professional Engineer registration preferred.
