On-site / schedule expectations:
  • Command Center periods (intensive onsite support):
    • Primary intensive period: starting the Monday after Mother’s Day (mid-May) through roughly the 3rd week of July.
    • Second intensive period: beginning 2nd week of October through end/ or 3rd week of December.
 
Command Center support is a 7-day program, but individuals are expected to be scheduled week‑to‑week (typical individual cadence during the period: 5 shifts/week at 10 hours/day, 50 hours/week, or possibly 4 shifts of 12.5 hours). Expect 50 hours/week while in the Command Center

Overview
The Senior Project Manager leads large, complex initiatives and partners closely with executives, stakeholders, and cross‑functional project teams. This role requires advanced planning capabilities, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and mastery of project management tools. The Senior PM ensures high‑quality delivery while driving organizational change, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
Candidate must be able to step into active leadership supporting Epic revenue-cycle applications and hospital billing workflows during multiple high-intensity go-live waves.
Hybrid Schedule: Typically, 4 days on-site per month. However, On-site support is required from mid-May through the end of July, and again from mid-October through the end of the year for both go-lives.
On-site Locations: 3 HQ, 972 Brush Hollow Road, 1111 Marcus Avenue
Note: candidates should expect travel between these three depending on business needs.

Project & Program Management
  • Lead project start‑up and planning activities for small and large‑scale initiatives (Intermediate).
  • Define and manage comprehensive schedules, budgets, and resource allocations (Intermediate).
  • Proactively identify and manage scope, risks, issues, and quality throughout all project phases (Intermediate).
  • Evaluate project performance and lead lessons‑learned sessions (Intermediate).

  • Apply strong capabilities in Word (Mastery) and SharePoint (Intermediate).

  • EPIC HB Certification required
  • EPIC PB and SBO certifications are preferred.
